• Looping = no looping limit
• Size = 30k max file size
• No additional charge for multiple ad creative
• Delivery Deadline = 3 days prior to publication

If you are running multiple ads, provide a linking URL for each. Please provide contact information for questions regarding the ad. IMPORTANT: if you have difficulty getting the file size to 30k or less, try reducing the number of colors or frames and setting dither to none.

Ad Requirements:

Fonts: Use only Adobe Type 1 (Postscript Level 1) fonts. No True Type fonts will be accepted and ads using these fonts will be returned at advertisers' expense.

Bleeds: Build ads to trim size and extend bleed 1/8" beyond ad size. Do not stop images and elements right at the trim line. Bleed the element 1/8" off the edge on all sides so it can be trimmed off in the cutting state. Keep images and elements 3/8" from trim on all sides. Supply two-page spread ads as single pages.

Images: All high-resolution scanned images, artwork, logos, etc. must be 300 dpi. Total area density should not exceed SWOP standard density of 300%.

Color: Use only 4-color process (CMYK). No RGB files will be accepted. Convert all spot colors to CMYK.

Don't Forget:
- Reproduction of hairline rules or type smaller than 10pt. cannot be guaranteed.
- Publisher accepts no responsibility for errors on materials supplied by advertiser.
